The geocache is available in the winter but is NOT winter friendly due to the snow that may cover this cache. You may need to park on the road if there is snow.
The building on the property has served as a one-room schoolhouse and then as a polling station for the citizens of the Monson Township. There is a Geodetic Survey Marker near the driveway of the property, so if you like to find those too you have one stop shopping.
