This cache is a simple "log only cache" you are looking for a small micro cache that has a log but no pencil/pen. You will need to leave just a little bit of the log sticking out so the next person can pull the log out.
You do not need to go far off the road. If you find yourself tramping through the poison ivy and bushes you may have gone too far. You should be able to take but a few steps off the road and find this cache just laying around.
