Geocache Description:


The Greenwood Conservation Area has an extensive network of trails with many terrain changes. The trails include a combination of groomed forest trails, and more rugged riverside trails. The area is very dog friendly with many 'dog beaches'. The cache is located near the ruins of a bridge from the Canadian Northern Railway which was abandoned early in the last century. This cache is not what it seems. It will be equally difficult in all 4 seasons. Although special equipment is not required, getting to GZ will be extremely challenging for some. WALL OF FAME: (1) Congrats to canmoose for the FTF! It takes a certain spirit to jeopardize the rest of the day in order to retrieve a cache. Live long and prosper. (2) Congrats to MythicLionMan for the first wet water find, bravery, and a wonderful self-deprecating log. (3) Congrats to frinklabs for finding this cache to complete their first 81 Grid!
