Geocache Description:

Higashiyama water tower is a water supply facilities in Nagoya City Water and Sewerage Authority.

This tower had been open to the public only twice a year.
It is a Vernal Equinox Day and Maruhachi Day "Maruhachi no Hi" (August 8).
Unfortunately, here is closed for construction until 2013.



I decided to archive ”Higashiyama Water Tower #2” for that. http://coord.info/GC25HRK

I was prepared here as instead. Tower can be seen well from here.
