This cache is in a small business area. Look for a sign from above.= the second letter in the alphabet with a twin. You are looking for a  tall container. You need no tools to open this container the top will lift up. This is placed with permission of the owner inside you will find a box with a log book, pen and small items to trade during your travels. Good luck and have fun.
