This is hidden out in the aquifer and it will be a short walk from parking. This is a public area and it's pretty busy at times, so be extra stealthy. You are looking for a container bigger than a bison, but smaller than a raccoon.
Respect the area, CITO if needed, practice stealth if warranted, rehide the cache as you find it so the next person can have the same challenge, and please post no hints or spoilers. Thank you and good luck.
