MARVEL SUPER HEROES: HAWKEYE
Here is a series dedicated to the kid in me. All things super hero. To this day I still have my comic book collection, each placed in plastic bags and boxed in my closet. With this summer being the Summer of Super Heroes in the movies, I thought this might be a fun series to put together. PLEASE NOTE: This is a very busy road at times. I tried to place each cache where there is ample space to pull completely off the road. Please watch for traffic and the other hazards that are found in this area, including our slithery friends. Hawkeye (also known as Goliath and Ronin, and as his alter ego Clint Barton) is a fictional character and comic book superhero who appears in publications by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Stan Lee and artist Don Heck, the character first appeared as a villian in Tales of Suspense #57 (Sept. 1964) and later joined the Avengers in Avengers #16 (May 1965). He has been a prominent member of the team ever since. He was also ranked at #44 on IGN's Top 100 Comic Book Heroes list.
Hawkeye is portrayed by Jeremy Renner in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a shared fictional universe that is the setting of films produced by Marvel Studios. Renner first made a brief, uncredited cameo appearance as Hawkeye in Thor (2011) and later reprised the role in The Avengers (2012).
