Ciablon, ein interessanter Einhof

Josef Tarneller schreibt in seiner Höfe-Chronologie, dass der Ciablon-Hof erstmals 1566 im Zusammenhang mit „Christian Risader in S.Christina mulgrei“ erwähnt wurde. Weiters wird der Hof 1700 und 1779 in Urkunden festgehalten.
Beschreibung:
Der Ciablon-Hof liegt auf einem steilen, aber windgeschütztem, sonnigen Hang, umgeben von Wald und Wiesen auf etwa 1550 m Höhe oberhalb des Dorfes St. Christina. Der Hof steht alleine und ist nur durch einen schmalen Fußweg vom Zentrum ausgehend oder durch eine kleine Bergstraße, welche oberhalb des Ciablon-Hofes zum Ulëta-Hof führt, erreichbar.
Das Gebäude selbst zeigt sich in der seltenen Form eines „Einhofes“, bei dem Wohn- und Wirtschaftsräume unter einem Dach vereint, jedoch durch den First getrennt sind. Der Hof steht senkrecht zum Hang und ist mit seiner Hauptfassade nach Süden gerichtet. In seiner Bauform, Proportion und Anwendung der Materialien wirkt das Haus sehr ausgewogen. Das aus Rundholz-Blockwänden bestehende Futterhaus nimmt einen etwa gleich großen Teil des Gebäudes und der Fassade ein wie das gemauerte Feuerhaus. Dieses besteht aus vier Geschossen: dem Keller, darüber der Küche und Stube, den Schlafkammern im 2. Stock und als Abschluss dem Dachboden. Stall und Stadel sind im Wirtschaftsgebäude durch Stockwerke klar getrennt. Auch hier findet man wie bei so vielen Grödner Bauernhäusern das vorkragende Trockengestänge. Ursprünglich war das Haus sehr viel kleiner und wurde erst im Laufe der Zeit, durch eine Aufstockung eines weiteren Geschosses und einem talseitigen Vorbau des Wirtschaftsgebäudes, vergrößert. Weitere Veränderungen waren die Abtragung des an der Ostseite gelegenen Backofens sowie kleinere Umbauten und Sanierungen im Wohnraum.
Besonderheiten:
An der talseitigen Hauswand erkennt man Fragmente verschiedener Bemalungen. So sind z.B. drei Fenster von einem roten Rahmen umgeben und tragen Initialen; ebenso ist eine talseitige Hausecke in rotem Ecksteinmuster bemalt.
Die Hausfenster des 2. Stockwerks sowie des Kellers ähneln kleinen Luken und sind in ihrer ursprünglichen Form erhalten geblieben. Alle sind etwa gleich groß und haben eine abgeschrägte und gekehlte Leibung. Im Laufe der Zeit, als man das Bedürfnis nach mehr Licht und Sonneneinstrahlung hatte, wurden die kleinen Fensterausschnitte im ersten Stokkwerk vergrößert und zu Kastenfenstern umgebaut.
Der Kellerraum des Ciablon-Hofes ist über eine kleine innere Treppe (Falltür?) oder auch vom Garten aus erreichbar. Der Vorratsraum wirkt, wie die meisten Keller aus dieser Zeit, sehr dunkel und besitzt nur ein kleines Fenster an der Talseite. Die innere Kellerwand wurde nicht verputzt und so kann man noch heute die historischen Steinlagen des Mauerwerks klar erkennen. Im Kellerraum stehen massive Kornkästen und alte landwirtschaftliche Geräte. Die Kellertür ist gut erhalten und trägt ein primitives, charakteristisches Schloss. Einen der wohl schönsten Ausblicke auf St. Christina und den Langkofel besitzt der Ciablon-Hof. Die Lage und Umgebung auf dem das Bauernhaus steht ist in seiner Unberührtheit einzigartig da und ist bisher von der heutigen Bauwut bisher verschont geblieben.
Ciablon-Hof heute:
Der Ciablon-Hof ist in einem durchaus guten Zustand erhalten. Der dort lebende Hausbesitzer Amerigo Senoner nutzt die Sommermonate, um mit Hilfe seines Sohnes die nötigen Instandhaltungsarbeiten durchzuführen. Der Bauernhof wurde noch bis vor einigen Jahrzehnten bewirtschaftet, heute sind aber Äcker sowie Gärten leer und die Tierhaltung wurde aufgegeben.

Ciablon un maso interessante

Tarneller Joseph scrive nelle sue corti cronologie che il primo scritto del Ciablon-1566 è stato associato a "Christian Risader in S.Christina mulgrei". Inoltre, esistono documenti del 1700 e 1779.
Descrizione:
Il maso Ciablon è situato su una collina ripida soleggiata, ma riparato dal vento, circondata da boschi e prati a circa 1550 m di altezza sopra il paese di Santa Cristina. Il maso si raggiunge solamenta da un sentiero stretto dal centro o attraverso una piccola strada di montagna che conduce al cortile del maso "Uleta".
L'edificio stesso si riflette nella forma di un maso singolo unico in cui le aree residenziali stalla sotto lo stesso tetto, ma separati da un muro. Il maso è perpendicolare al pendio rivolta a sud. Nel suo design, proporzioni e utilizzo dei materiali della casa è molto ben bilanciata. Composto da pareti rivestite in legno e di mattoni. Si tratta di quattro piani: seminterrato, sopra la cucina e il soggiorno, le camere da letto sul secondo Piano e, per finire in soffitta. Stalle e fienili negli edifici agricoli sono separati da piani chiari. Anche qui si trovano, come tante case coloniche Gardenesi proiettando l'asta a secco. Originariamente la casa era molto più piccola e col tempo è stata aumenta di un ulteriore piano ed un portico laterale della fattoria. Altre modifiche furono la rimozione del forno che si trovava sul lato est e piccole modifiche e ristrutturazioni nel soggiorno.
Caratteristiche speciali:
Sulla parete laterale valle della casa si possono vedere frammenti di dipinti differenti. Così, per esempio tre finestra circondata da un bordo rosso e le iniziali, come una parete sul lato dell`edificio e l'angolo dipinto in rosso.
La seconda finestra della casa Piano e la cantina assomigliano piccoli portelli, e nella loro forma originale sono conservati. Tutti sono circa le stesse dimensioni e hanno un rastremato e scanalato soffitto. Nel corso del tempo, come si sentiva il bisogno di più luce e del sole, i vetri piccoli nell primo piano sono stati ampliati e ingranditi.
Il piano seminterrato si accede attraverso una piccola scala interna (botola?) O dal giardino. Il ripostiglio è, come la maggior parte del piano interrato, molto scuro e ha solo una piccola finestra sul lato sud. La parete della cantina interna non è stata intonacata e così si possono ancora riconoscere le forme storiche della muratura in pietra chiara. Nel seminterrato sono enormi attrezzi agricoli vecchi. La porta della cantina è in buone condizioni e assomiglia a quello di un castello. Da qui abbiamo una delle viste più belle da Santa Cristina e in cima il Sassolungo. La posizione e l'ambiente è unico.
Il maso Ciablon oggi:
Il maso Ciablon si mantiene in una condizione abbastanza buona. La casa viene abitata da "Amerigo Senoner" che la utilizza utilizza nei mesi estivi, con l'aiuto del figlio per eseguire i necessari lavori di manutenzione. Il maso è stato gestito fino a pochi decenni fa, ma ora ci sono campi vuoti, giardini e allevamento di animali non piú gestiti.

Description:
The Ciablon-yard is situated on a steep, but wind-sheltered, sunny hillside, surrounded by woods and meadows at about 1550 m height above the village of Santa Cristina. The Court stands alone and is starting by a narrow footpath from the center or through a small mountain road that leads to the courtyard above the Ciablon-Ulëta-yard distance.
The building itself is reflected in the form of a rare "Einhofes" in which residential and business areas under one roof, but separated by the ridge. The farm is perpendicular to the slope and is directed with its main façade facing south. In its design, proportion and use of the materials the house is very well balanced. Consisting of round wood block walls lining House occupies a roughly equal portion of the building and the facade like a brick house fire. This consists of four floors: the basement, above the kitchen and living room, the sleeping chambers on the 2nd Stock and, to finish the attic.
