The cache is not at the posted location

Using the clues found in CCSI – Crime Scene 1, 2, and 3 identify the victim from the missing persons below.
 
Follow the trail of evidence and analyze it to determine GC3MFTN - CCSI – Arrest.

This is an 8 stage multi that follows a fairly linear path through Evergreen, Shawnessey, Sundance and Chapperel. You should be able to do this cache quite easily during the CCARF event without backtracking.
 
Tracy Traditional – 27
                Tracy was reported missing on March 24th, 2012. She is 5’4”, 125lbs and has long red hair and brown eyes.

Mike Multi – 35
                Mike was reported missing on February 19th, 2012. He is 6’2”, 225lbs and has short blond hair and blue eyes.

Natasha Nano – 33
                Natasha was reported missing on January 19th, 2012. She is 5’10”, 120lbs, has blond hair, blue eyes, and a tattoo of a dolphin on her ankle.

Paul Puzzler – 29
                Paul was reported missing on February 29th, 2012. He is 5’10”, 275lbs, is bald with green eyes and has a heart tattoo on his upper arm.

Susan Small – 39
                Susan was reported missing on April 17th, 2012. She is 5’8”, 150lbs and has blond hair and blue eyes.
