I recently attended OdesLee's 1000 Party.  While there, MHuska gave everybody some caching containers, encouraging us all to hide something.  I felt I should write a little something about my experience.

I'm always amazed when someone reaches one thousand geocaches found.  What an awesome accomplishment realized by a cacher, I say.  And frankly I'm often mesmerized by their seemingly tireless devotion.  Quite simply, a zealous effort's been put forth for this.  It gives me something to zero in on for goals.  An accomplishment legitimizing my place in the geocaching community, perhaps.  Or maybe that's just a whole bunch of romanticized hooey.
 
Recently, I attended a celebration which memorialized such an achievement.  A local cacher had finally climbed this dizzying, elusive plateau.  All while being dazzlingly humble and grounded about his accomplishment.  Someday I hope to finally actualize a similar millennial goal.  Anyway, a cache container was given at this organized shindig.  I needed to find a puzzling location for the hide.  Be wary, muggles might quizzically ask what you are doing.

I hope that didn't leave you sawing logs.  Anyway, congratulations to OdesLee on 1000 finds!  Here's hoping that you'll soon be finding another 1000!!!
