the park is open to the public, entry it free. their is 2 entry points one is the main gate or the side gate at S35° 19.357 E139° 23.514
the side gate is easier for the quick log and run, but if you want to spend a couple of hours wondering around and seeing the flowers and wildlife, if you do it's time worth spent
the cache is placed in stretching distance, think inside the box on this one. the container is green, and well hidden
