Geocache Description:

My daughter placed this cache in Veteran's woods in honour of her great grandfather, or GGDad as she called him.  A decorated WW2 veteran who passed away May 30th, 2012 in his 95th year.

This cache is a cammo lock in lock container with a few items to trade which we have picked to honour my grandfather.   Parking for this cache is beside a school lot or available on the road, so please keep this in mind when searching out GGDad's cache.  The park is used by lots of muggles and is often very busy.   The faster grab is to enter the woods behind the parkette but there is walking-only access from Veteran's Road. Please do not park on Veteran's though. Lots of road parking available on Harvie or Elmbrook Dr(s) Lots of bugs and minimal bushwhacking (if any)...we haven't spotted any poison ivy this year, but with all woodlot caches, please use caution.
