Geocache Description:

The cache is located in a quiet, peaceful wooded area not far from the Kinver Rock Houses

This Geocache is located not far from the Kinver Rock Houses www.nationaltrust.org.uk/kinver-edge there is easy parking nearby and the cache is only a few minutes’ walk from the parking area, a visit to the Rock Houses could be incorporated to make a nice day out, there is also a cafe on the site.

The cache is located in a quiet, peaceful wooded area that was named by my son as “The Wild Wood” because of his love of the Wind in the Willows story, it is an area where we and his grandparents took him when he was growing up, it is local to where we live and we still walk through the woods with our dog Millie, it can be taken in as part of the Staffordshire Way footpath which runs close by.

The cache is a medium sized container with log book, pens and a few bits and pieces.
