Cache is located near 32nd and Snelling Ave in a high muggle area. Bring your own pen.
Should be relatively easy to extract and return without being noticed. Please return exactly as found. This cache has been muggled repeatedly, so please watch out.
First to find gets a 10F coin from Pre-Euro France.

After being muggled thrice in a few months, I have moved the cache new location with less traffic. Hopefully this is more muggle proof.
