Despite its proximity, the cache is most definitely NOT on the freeway. Chances are you’ll be able to search for this without muggle-interruption, but you probably shouldn’t wear your nice clothes to make the grab. You are looking for a camouflaged hanging vitamin bottle. In the winter, you may find it muddy in spots – just an educated guess.
