4" threaded black pvc pipe hidden on Cedar Island. Chained to the bushes so it doesn't float away during high water. Near Mr (or Ms) Beaver's home. You may need some WD40 or a wrench to open the container after it has been inundated by high water. Normal swag in the cache plus some CITO bags if you are so inclined. Please tuck cache back into the bushes such that only the chain is visible.
There is a seasonal foot bridge connecting Cedar Island to MSY Park. At some point during the winter or spring, high water will disable the bridge. When that happens, the only way to access the cache is by boat and/or scuba gear, depending on how high the water gets. Even with the bridge, at water stage 9' or higher, you will get your feet (or more) wet. You can check the water stage here.
