Some months ago, you will have received our after action reports relating to multiple UFO appearances over Atlanta on 3/11/11. Our analysts have recently completed their study of Agency enhanced videos of the various sightings and suspect that this was a little more than a distraction on the part of the would be alien overlords to allow for the insertion of several covert communication teams (aka PODS) in the area.

Prior experience with such attempted insertions leads us to believe that they have moved beyond traditional satellite communications to what has now been classified as "Particle Tongue." This new form of long distance interplanetary communication utilizes neutrino beams focused at precise (and non-naturally occurring) energy levels to send messages to their mothership.

Our analysts suspect that one such "POD" of alien scientists may have been dropped in your area with the goal of constructing a neutrino beam projector that will blend in with the surrounding environment.

MISSION OBJECTIVES:
