Located just off Route 77 within Cunningham Falls State Park this spot along Big Hunting Creek is a favorite of fly fisherman.
Park at the lot on Route 77 just east of Catoctin Hollow Road. From the trail head waypoint, follow the path down the hill and to the left. The container you seek is a camouflaged cat treat jar. Please replace the container upside down to keep water out.
This area is open all year round from dusk to dawn.
