HISTORY OF PICTIONARY

Pictionary is a word guessing game designed by Robert Angel in the early 1980’s. As a party game, he would sketch illustrations of dictionary words. He decided to turn this into a board game, originally selling it from door to door.

In the game play, each team moves a piece on a game board formed by a sequence of squares. Each square has a letter or shape identifying the type of picture to be drawn on it. The objective is to be the first team to reach the last space on the board. To achieve this, a player must guess the word or phrase being drawn by their partner, without using letters or numbers.

In some instances, it is easier to break the word up into syllables or to draw a picture that ‘sounds like’ the word in question. With this in mind, can you solve the picture puzzle below to come up with the correct coordinates for the hidden cache?
