Geocache Description:

A small series of caches placed on one of the footpaths leading to the top of Werneth Low. Werneth Low offers panoramic views across Manchester and beyond. A great spot for star gazing on a clear night. Sections of the footpath can be very muddy!

Alpha Centauri

Alpha Centauri is the brightest star in the southern constellation of Centaurus. Although it appears to the unaided eye as a single object, Alpha Centauri is actually a binary star system whose combined visual magnitude qualify it as the third single brightest star in the night sky after Sirius and Canopus
