Interesting little area. According to some research I did on this cemetery, I was told that this location wasn't well maintained. I will say that it was clean when I visted.
Go south from Cisco, TX on Hwy 206 about three miles. Turn west on Hwy 569. The cemetery is about five miles down this highway, and is on the west side of the road. It is enclosed within a cyclone fence, but is not maintained. Forty seven graves are marked with rocks or old funeral markers without names or dates.
