Dvaras Nemėžio dvaro rekonstrukcijos projektas
LT APRASYMAS LIETUVISKAI

Nemėžio dvaras įsikūrė netoli Nemėžio upelio, prie klampaus, smėlėto kelio, kuriuo vyko susisiekimas su Maskva. Dvaro pastatai yra kairėje plento Vilnius-Minskas pusėje, o dešinėje - senas Daržininkų kaimas, priklausęs dvarui. Manoma, kad Nemėžyje Vytauto laikais buvo pilis, kurioje gyveno kunigaikštis su šeima. Nemėžis minimas ir 1496 m. vasario mėn., kai kunigaikštis Aleksandras iškilmingai čia pasitiko savo sužadėtinę, Maskvos kunigaikštytę Eleną (Ivano III dukrą). XIV a. Nemėžyje Lietuvos didysis kunigaikštis apgyvendino totorius. Paskutinieji dvaro rūmai, arklidė ir oficina yra išlikę iki šių dienų praktiškai nepakitę. Nemėžio dvaras ankstyvaisiais amžiais priklausė Lietuvos didžiųjų kunigaikščių valdoms, vėliau įėjo į Vilniaus ekonomijos arba Vilniaus vaivadų valdų sudėtį. Jį valdė Pacai (1601 m.), Mykolas Kristupas Radvila (1615 m.), Jonas Kazimieras Sapiega (1696 m.), Jonas Karolis Chodkevičius, Leonas Sapiega. XVIII a. pab. - XIX a. pr. dėl skolų slegiamo dvaro bylinėjosi Mykolas Kleopas Oginskis, Bžostovskiai ir Plateriai. Po 1806 m. dvaras pateko pulkininko Ferdinando Pliaterio, kuris 1828 m. balandžio 23 d. dvarą pardavė grafui Mykolui Tiškevičiui, nuosavybėn. Pastarasis ir pastatė dvaro centre stovinčius rūmus. 1836 m. dvare iškilo dviejų aukštų mūriniai rūmai (centrinėje dalyje - trys aukštai). Sutvarkius dvaro centrą, Nemėžyje įsikūrė Benedikto Tiškevičiaus dvarų Vilniaus paviete vyriausioji administracija. 1860 m. dvaro inventoriuje įrašyti dviejų aukštų mūriniai rūmai, kurių pagrindiniame fasade buvo portikas su keturiomis kolonomis per du aukštus. Galiniame fasade buvo terasa (paviljonas) su skliautuotais akmens pamatais, dengtais skarda. Antrame aukšte buvo įrengta koplyčia, trečiame - sandėliai. Nemėžio dvare, be pagrindinių gyvenamųjų bei ūkinių pastatų, jau XVII a. pr. buvo vandens malūnas, sūrinė, bravorai, o XVIII a. - popieriaus, odos išdirbimo dirbtuvėlės. Be to minima prie Vilniaus-Ašmenos kelio stovėjusi medinė, vėliau lauko akmenų karčema. Netoli malūno buvo kalvė. Malūne 1920 m. buvo įrengta vietos elektrinė, kuri tiekė elektrą visiems dvaro pastatams.
Benediktui Tiškevičiui dvaras priklausė iki 1926 m. ar 1928 m., kol Nemėžio dvarą nusipirko M.Bochvicas. Jis didelį parke buvusį prūdą perkasė, padarė tris tvenkinius žuvims veisti.
Po karo M.Bochvicas pasitraukė į Lenkiją. Dvaro ūkiniai pastatai ir žemė atiteko kolūkiui, rūmai, arklidė ir oficina - LTSR ryšių ministerijai bei Radijo stoties žinybai.

Šiuo metu dvaras yra apleistas, nors pagal gandus priklauso privačiam asmeniui.

It is believed that Nemezis was a castle in the XIII-XIV centuries where the duke with his family used to live. The location is mentioned for the first time in February 1496, when the duke Alexander has met his fiancee from Russia - princess of Muscovite duchy Helen (daugther of Ivan III). Already then tartars have been invited to settle in Lithuania and one of their village was located in Nemezis. Their community is still there to this day as well as small mosque. Present day manor and adjacent buildings come from XIX century. They are privately owned and are going to be used for tourism services eventually.
It is believed that history of Nemėžis manor starts already in the times of Lithuanian duke Vytautas the Great. Nemėžis might be the place of one of his castles. Today’s manor was built only in 19th century, when Mykolas Tiškevičius acquired it. He built the classical 2-storey building, set up the park. In the 1860 here was the main manor; there was the chapel in the second floor and the warehouses in the third. Also there were some outhouses, water mill, creamery and brewery. In the 20th century M.Bochvicas bought the manor and made three ponds for the fish breeding out of lake in the park. After the war manor was assigned to the kolkhoz. In the end of 20th century all people was evicted from the manor and the buildings were privatized. During the construction of Vilnius-Minskas road, the beautiful park was destroyed and the manor was separated from the village.
Now the main house of the manor stands on the high slope next to the road to Minskas. It is surrounded by the remains of the park and some outdoor buildings left.
In the year 2006 the manor was bought by one company, which is planning to establish here the hotel and the center for conferences and entertainments.

According to rumours the manor is owned by some private person, but it is currently abandoned.
