This is a cache hidden on or near one of the many traffic signal boxes that have been decorated by local artists. This box is no longer decorated, but that has no effect on the cache hide. Be warned, these can be high muggle areas. So please cache with care and replace containers as intended so they are less likely to go missing.
The goal of the project was to use traffic signal boxes throughout Missoula as “canvases.” This project enhances visual surroundings as well as serves as a proven deterrent to damage and graffiti. This particular box has 36 photos of places and activities in Missoula. They have been combined artistically to show many of the attractions that Missoula offers. Be sure to take the time to appreciate the scenes displayed here. This is a wonderful “Welcome to Missoula” collage!
