A steep but steady climb to a straight-forward cache.
When I discovered the Bolton Quarry I ventured higher on the trails to see what was beyond. You may want to go even higher and see what scenery awaits. While the cache itself is winter -friendly, the trek to it is not. If there were ice or snow on these steep trails, it would be treacherous.
Be sure to note the reference point and stop at the overlook. It is only 200(+-) feet from Stage 1 of my other neabry cache, so I was unable to place a cache at the overlook. But you'll see it on your way up. ENJOY!
