What a view! I placed this cache unexpectedly during a cache maintenance trip this evening. I'd never been up here before now and wondered what kind of view would be had up here ... I was so impressed that I had to put a cache here to bring others here. All I had on me that was ready to deploy was a film canister so this will do for now and I might upgrade it in the future. You are here for the location not the container this time though!
*Disclaimer: That was on a particularly clear day, results may vary with weather. Fog, for example, will give a far less spectacular view :P
The cache is a short distance into the Pembrey Country Park from the front gate barrier. I tend to park just outside and cycle in. This and the other caches inside the park should make for a fun couple of hours caching for young and old.
You can drive to a car park which is yards from the cache (this would suit those with toddlers maybe, or wheelchair users) but I would recommend walking or cycling! Get those legs going!! Wheelchair users will be able to get to GZ but will need help or someone to get to the exact spot the cache is hidden. Driving into the park costs a fiver too! Free parking is available just outside the park at N 51° 40.900 W 004° 17.580 :)
While at the park, rack up some points by doing the other caches :)
It would be nice to see some photos posted of the view when you were here, with or without people in it. Some people are camera shy, some less so! As always no spoiler photos, the hint gives it away plenty enough. Favourite points are always very welcome *ahem* ;-)
