This little forgotten path runs right next to the Furze Hill Lane which being a much wider track is almost certainly the reason that this path became an unused path. You can still see the old stiles at each end of the path although the lower stile has now become swallowed up by the surrounding bushes.
Although this is an unused path the cache area is quite accessible from Furze Hill Lane.
You will be looking for a small click-lock box within a camouflage bag with room for logbook, pencil and a few small items.
Being an unused path I am afraid that there is no access for wheelchairs to this cache.
Roadside parking is available at N 51° 20.713 W 1° 59.967 within Devizes with a 1.2 mile walk to the cache or you can park in Mill Lane at N 51° 20.043 W 2° 01.534 with a 0.2 mile walk to the cache but be very careful while crossing Whistley Road.
