The cache is located at the view point of Toyoshima Ohashi bridge.
The bridge connects Kami-kamagari island and toyo island.
The place is a park which you can enjoy the view of the bridge and Seto inland sea.
If you are motoring, you can't access when driving in the direction of Toyo because right turn is prohibited.
Pedestrians and bicycles, be careful while crossing a road.
