"Big Yellow Taxi" was written and sung by Joni Mitchell in 1970. It talks about the encroachment of suburbia. "Paved paradise to put up a parking lot". We are fortunate in Jacksonville as there are plenty of little spots with ancient trees if you look around. Enjoy!
