Geocache Description:

This is a puzzle cache. The cache is not at the listed coordinates. Solve the puzzle to get the final coordinates for the cache. The listed coordinates are for the location of the Rockerfeller Center Christmas Tree which is displayed from the end of November to early January every year. A visit to the Rockerfeller Center won't help you solve this puzzle though.
