Perhaps there's a reason for this little unnamed park. Perhaps it is a flood control area, or a small buffer of tree-dotted green against the busy road. Perhaps folks walk their dogs here, as the presence of the dispenser implies, or perhaps it is just a handy place to put a 'Welcome' sign.
Or perhaps it is just here to catch the eye of a geocacher who used to pass by here practically every day. Who knows?
