Have trackables to move along? Have tags to trade? This is a good place for that to happen. Do not take anything unless you intend to TRADE.
Cache is an ammo box with a couple different containers in it for trading items. Box is located at my residence so don't be alarmed and there is rarely anyone else in the area.
