THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE LISTED COORDINATES. Please use the clues below to solve the puzzle.

My husband and I were enjoying an evening cocktail, watching the sunset and listening to a little Cuban mood music on the radio.  Suddenly the DJ came on and announced that the tunes were being broadcast, not from Cuba, but from just a short ways down the road from us.  Of course we had to go and check it out, which led us to this new geocache spot.  The coordinates above will take you to the “radio shack”, if you can solve the puzzle below you can find the cache.  Special prize for First to Find.  As a side note for those interested in survey markers, you may also find some interesting traverse points along the route. Buenaventura!!
