Well, actually, IS a good place… Except, maybe, during a geofest...
My terrain and difficulty ratings are always based on cachers who have mobility problems such as back problems, crutches, etc.
This cache was part of the 3d Annual Billy the Kid Geofest (Muggle Series & NM Centennial event for June, 2012) most of which had the word "muggle" somehow incorporated into the cache name.
Thanks to Big Ope, Frog Dog and Corker and the White Mountain Search & Rescue for helping establish or hide the event caches.
