Queens Diamond Jubilee cache
As part of the Queens Diamond Jubilee celebrations Blackburn district Scouts lit a beacon on top of Colourfields, the panopticon located at the top end of Corporation park. http://www.visitlancashire.com/things-to-do/search/colourfields-panopticon-p41630 We all had a great time at the street party having picnics, playing games and even had a campfire in the middle of the park, after which we lit the beacon.
The Cache is to both celebrate and continue the Jubilee celebrations and also for people to remember the event.
