This is a companion cache to Show Low Bluff Trailhead #1, although it can be reached independently from the Show Low Bluff residential area.
The Show Low Bluff Trail runs between Trailheads on White Mountain Road and this Trailhead on the edge of the Show Low Bluff residential area. You can reach this by walking the trail from Trailhead #1 or from the Bluffs, although be wary of private property. This upper trailhead is adjacent to a well known elk nesting area and in fact when placing the cache we kicked up a curious young elk who followed us down the trail back to our car at the lower trailhead. A couple of pictures are included with this posting.
