Geocache Description:


This cache is located at Southland Community Church, formerly West Grove Elementary School. I came here in middle school for a service project and while working noticed a beautiful, peaceful creek. As I now attend church here, I couldn't help but think this would be a great place for a cache.

The cache is a small camoed lock and lock. It contains several swag items and the FTF prize is $1 plus a very unique suprise. Start out on the walking path and you will find a bench with a small trail leading to the creek. No need to walk on any vegetation. The find will be decently easy once you find the creek.

Take a moment to enjoy your walk. Look at the gorgeous orange lillies that are blooming and enjoy the tranquil sounds of the creek. Revel in the sun shining through the leaves.

This is not your average park and grab. Caching late at night is not a good idea. There is a walking trail and playground equipment here. Not many muggles here except on Sunday mornings for church. However geocaching is encouraged and wanted by the church staff so you will not run into trouble.
