Another cache for the NORTHBOUND commuting cacher!

This cache is only available to Northbound traffic on the TSP or those on the right side of the TSP using Pumpkin Lane.

Do Not cross the median if you are heading south! Only emergency responders on the way to a call are allowed to do that here. (And if you are an emergency responder responding to a call, probably best not to stop.)

Just a quick STOP to break up the routine of your travels.
