In general, a replay to the geocaching.com mail bot will not reach me. Geocache Description:

A paved walk down makes this an easy approach but exercise care as the trail ends abruptly at the bank.

This is one of the most magical places to be found in Oregon. Most rivers flow North to South but the Willamette flows South to North. Most rivers flow from inland to the sea but the Marys flows from the coast inland. So here you stand at the vortex of the uber unusual. And with an incompairable view. Yes,magic.

In summer watch for the fleets of people floating by and be sure to wave because Decker23 and I may be amoung them.

It is common to see Osprey overhead and Blue Herons standing on the opposite bank. In the evening fish are jumping for insects. When we were here placing the cache, a duck and her babies came right up the bank and right to our feet to check us out. Unfortunately we didnt have any duck food to share.
