WARING: This is a very busy road so be very careful when exiting and returning to your car. The best approach is traveling west bound. You do not need to go down the hill much stay up top unless you want to explore. I placed some pictures on the page to help find it. Remember it will not be on the guard rail.
In the summer there are lots of people along this location and they don't mind leaving their trash. Once the summer passes things get cleaned up and stay that way pretty much. I wish people didn't litter but I have no control over that. This is a perfect CITO location.
