Located in the Houk Area of Cunningham Falls State Park this spot is a favorite of morel mushroom (Morchella esculenta) hunters in the spring.
Park in the North Beach parking area. You can enter the wooded area from any place you choose but to lessen the bushwhacking, start at the suggested waypoint.
Please note that this parking area is not open during winter months but is accessible by parking in the Lower Falls parking lot and walking in.
This cache is available 8 am to sunset April through October, other times of the year from 10 am to sunset.
There is a service charge to enter this part of the park.
