TOcowboy: This cache was muggled a couple times, so I'm redoing the hide and moving it to a nearby location that should be much safer.

Geocache Description:

An easy P&G. You are looking for a magnetic Altoids tin container. Sometimes this is a heavy muggle location. Please re-hide well

In honor of Louis "Rusty" Espinoza, one of the most dynamic and interesting personalities in Sprint Car Racing. Born April 29th 1924, he was a CRA (California Racing Association-Sprint Cars) Official since 1951 and also later an USAC Official (United States Auto Club-Indy Cars). This outstanding individual was a fellow Official as I also was participating with CRA and USAC in the '70s and 80's.  His daughter married John Robinson who was the USC and LA Rams head coach back in the day. Rusty was inducted into the Sprint Car Hall of Fame for 2008, located in Knoxville Iowa, not as a driver, car owner or promoter, but as an Official.
