Easy cache and dash

We wanted to put a cache in this area, but not require people to pay the access fee. This is completely free to find, however if you choose to enjoy the nearby trails or Horsetooth Reservoir, the county requires a daily or annual pass. This is where residents of the area pay their water bill and campers can use the dump station and fill up with water.
