Geocache Description:

Usually the gate is closed and locked, but during pleasant weather that is not the case.

There hasn't been a cache hidden in this park for some time, and here is a new one that gives a short walk. For this cache, with the start of nemocamaro's TB race, I decided to launch both of my bugs here!  Container has my son's Silly, Swinging Curious George and mine, Speedy Snail.  Small container can be found in a slight clearing.  Please hide better than found, if applicable. 

Parking can be found near the first pavilion with the trail head starting at the pavilion.  That way is a bit muddy, but the shortest distance for all you cache and dashers.  If you take the road to the second pavilion, the trail loops here.  There is also the fishing pier and a beautiful, refreshing walk through the rhodis along Middle Creek. Regardless of your starting point, there is plenty of parking.
