This is our very first night cache placed in Canada (We had a little bit of practice in Russia!) and one of our first caches in Mississauga. You can find parking on Angela Cres - see posted waypoint. We recommend this cache to those who are new to night caching and would like to try it out. There is not much bushwhacking involved and you will mostly be following a trail.
The night cache begins at the posted coordinates. From there, hold your flashlight at eye/head level and scan around for a small reflective "fire tack". Head towards the fire tack. From that location, scan around to find the next fire tack, and so on. Follow the fire tacks through the woods. Once you see a RED reflective fire tack, you are at the final location. We didn't see any poison ivy when we were hiding and testing the cache, but it does grow in the area so do be careful. Happy caching! Feedback is appreciated!
