Congratulations to 3Abels for FTF!

This is my first attempt at a puzzle cache, so I hope this isn't too lame.

The coordinates provided are at the southeast corner of a nearby parking area. There are a couple of parking areas within the proximity of the cache.  This location is probably the safer bet. 
 
The cache is a 6” x 6” lock’n’lock container.  Since its name is reminiscent of the 1969 movie “Easy Rider” which concerned itself with the “flower power” era, I’ve decided to stock it with flower-related items.  The cache is easy to find, once you’ve determined the approximate location!  To do that, you will need to solve the puzzle below.  

Each oval contains a different number 0-9. Follow the clues to find the
correct location of each number.
 
Clues:
Number 8 is below 1 and right of 3.
Number 7 is left of 2.
Number 6 is below 0 and left of 1.
Number 5 is below 9 and left of 7.
Number 6 is right of 4.
