*update* I believe the GPS coordinates are correct and there is a problem with inconsistent GPS readings. This cache is located on the South Side of the Street. I will check the coordinates again. Try using a compass in the meantime. In 1999, the City Council approved a change in the city's zoning and landscaping ordinances to require business owners to dig into their own pockets to surround their parking lots with the same ornamental fencing that the mayor had wrapped around schools, parks, public housing and city offices. (2010, Katie Fretland) This one is a micro cache located beside a public street. It is in a green pill container with just a log book and is wrapped in zebra print duct tape to hold the magnet on. One of the best times to go looking for this one is on the third Friday of every month, when the art center opens up their studios. Feel free to stop in, as it would be a waste not to. Remember to bring your own pencil, and have fun!
