The second one of these I have seen on US 119 between Williamson and Charleston. I couldn't help myself when I seen they installed this one recently. I had to swing in and place a smiley for the Big Grizzly Bear as he makes his next trip past the area :) ****Hopefully he has all four wheels under him this time :) Howdy, Chris
