A beautifully kept old firehouse. Built in 1912, it was one of the first PDX firehouses that didn't use horse drawn engines.
Now a private residence, please do not bother the occupants.

Public tranportation nearby, bus #15 or the trolley. If you are driving, note that parking is very tight in this neighborhood.
This is an EZ multi. The final is just a short stroll from the firehouse. The neighbors know about the cache. It is Not in anyone's yard, so stay on the sidewalk.
To get the final coordinates, find the following information:
NB: Just stand in front of the firehouse and look, no information needed from the sides or the back of the building.
(How many windows with black bars/grates x 2) + (how many round lights above the front door) = A (You should have a one digit number)
(How many columns in front of the front door x 30 ) + (How many red fire alarm boxes + 5) = BB (you should have a two digit number and if you add those digits together the checksum should be 12)

since the Firehouse is undergoing extensive facade renovations, look in the hint for the final coordinates if you can’t figure them out
