Please be aware that it is not entirely uncommon to find someone down by a nice lil spot. After all, it is a nice lil spot! Just be friendly and there should be no issues.
Finally, if you just did my nearby I Got it! cache and are looking to get to this one next, I'd highly recommend backtracking to the billboards and taking the recommended trail for this cache. Trying to do a direct bushwhack to this cache from I Got It! can be considerably more challenging. Ultimately, it's up to you which way you go. Just a tip!
If you happen to like this cache, make sure to also check out the nearby Tayloe's Iron Works multicache if you haven't already. It's the oldest cache in Prince William County and one of my all-time favorites. It will take you to a very cool spot along the creek that has been forgotten by most. You'll get your feet a little wet, but it's worth it.
