Geocache Description:

This should be a fairly easy find for kids and adults to explore nature close to civilization.

This is our first hide after finally reaching our 100th find today. My two sons helped me hide it so it should be a good one for kids.

Glacier Ranch is a newer subdivision located south of Glacier Park International Airport between Highway 2 and Trumble Creek Road. You can access it from either road.

Cache is located on part of the abundant common area which includes several ponds and Trumble Creek. There are not too many houses built in here yet, so you should be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of this spot. There is a commercial building located close by, but the people who work there are aware of the cache so you shouldn’t have to worry too much about muggles.

Parking on the edge of the road should be okay, but there is a larger parking area near the building if you want to walk a bit. You are likely to see ducks and other wildlife. The walk to the cache is over fairly level ground, but the grass can get high for the littler kids.

The cache is a large size official geocache container located about 200 feet from the road. Contents include mostly boy toys to start out with. There is a Micro Geocoin for the FTF.
